Make UI using words `Sync`/`Pair` consistent

Bug Report

Words Pair and Sync actually have different meanings in terms of our app. And there's currently a mess:

• Sync is used instead of Pair in most contexts in desktop
• Pair is not used in desktop at all
• Pair is used in mobile, but not correct everywhere (e.g. after local pairing we say Devices synced)

These are correct meanings:

• "Devices Paired" == "Devices will be syncing"
• "Pair a device" == "Setup this device to start syncing with another device" == "Setup syncing"
• "Unpair a device" == "Stop syncing this devices with another device"
• "Device Synced" == "Device just received some information from another paired device" (not sure if this should ever be used)

@John-44 I know I discussed this with you some time ago and decided not to make changes. But now I feel that this should be done, as it makes the user uncomfortable with all non-consistent terms. Not sure of urgency, you know that better 🙂

IMO, that's pretty Low. Though it's probably a quite simple fix
