[Wallet - Token management] Group collectible delegate in main wallet view (by community / type) #12940

Collectible tab:

Based on this task, the community collectibles will be grouped by community / type. Each group will be displayed as a single collectible card. A group card will show the amount around the top corner image.

@benjthayer I've assigned this task to you. It seems we're missing the designs for the collectible grouping.

Hey UI team. Once this is clarified (since @dlipicar has some concerns about consistency between how we treat normal collectibles or community ones), this is a potential task to be picked up without need of Tokens Management context. It will be just a delegate update and call to the specific model role/s. cc: @caybro, @alexandraB99, @alexjba, @micieslak

Needs a finished design and some backend changes, not high prio, moving to 0.17
