Pending requests to join a community not synced #13579

Bug Report

Description

When an user has a pending request to join another community, this request is not synced to the new device. Community cannot be seen and request is not visible in the settings.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Log into an user
  2. Request to join a community
  3. Sync that user to another device

Expected behavior

The community is still visible and the pending request can be seen in settings and in that community

Actual behavior

Community is invisible and the request cannot be seen in settings.

I changed bug to feature as this was never implemented. I'll put it in 2.29 for now as we don't have time to do it now
