[Wallet]: Create diagram depicting wallet models flows #13609

Description

There are many wallet models exposing data in various ways. Usually they are later transformed on UI side before being finally consumed by UI views. It would be beneficial to have those flows depicted in possibly simple way. It would help to understand current state and also introduce some simplifications in the future. So far similar flow has been created for profile showcase dirty state: https://miro.com/app/board/uXjVNxUvgDA=/
