[Profile showcase] Drop area is clipped when section is expanded

Description

Drop area underneath sections is clipped. After expanding and collapsing and adding/removing, the section the behaviour becomes inconsistent.

Expected behavior

Drop zone to be fully visible when dragging while section is expanded.

• Status desktop version: Master
• Operating System: Mac

This issue is caused by the save bubble appearing on bottom on the screen that does an autoscrolling. When we fix this issue: https://github.com/status-im/status-desktop/issues/13517 this task should be automatically fixed as well.
