[ ] Ensure the queuing is in order and don't mix authentication inbetween requests; see TODO for tst_DAppsWorkflow.tst_SessionRequestQueueMultiple
[ ] Handle the SDK error cases (o accept and reject); see DAppsRequestHandler.onSessionRequestUserAnswerResult
