Emoji error only appears when URI only 100% consists of emoji.

Steps to reproduce

Paste a URI containing some emoji

Expected behavior

Emoji error displayed when any URI contains emoji

Actual behavior

• Status desktop version: Master, dapp flag
• Operating System: Mac
