ENS - releasing an ens name flow triggers irrelevant notifications

Description

This is related to the PR https://github.com/status-im/status-desktop/pull/16464 When releasing an ens name in the send modal, irrelevant notifications are triggered

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in with an account that has an ENS name
2. Go to Settings -> ENS usernames
3. select an ens username
4. Click on "release username"

Note: the select account issue is not fixed yet

Expected behavior

Notifications that are not relevant should not trigger

Actual behavior

When the release username flow starts and the Send modal is shown, irrelevant notifications show up
