As part of the drive to revamp and simplify the onboarding experience (see below for Volo's product brief which goes into more detail on the drivers), the Wallet screen has been augmented to include 2 prominent banners - one to buy crypto and one to receive funds.

Volo's product brief for the background https://www.notion.so/Product-Brief-Revamp-User-Onboarding-Initiative-11f8f96fb65c80059876ed69d2c267ca#1208f96fb65c8041ae6dd88e76387d88)

These banners will be visible to: 1) New users who have an aggregate balance of 0 collectibles AND 0 assets 2) Returning users (those that leave the Wallet and return or close the app and log back in) who have an aggregate balance of 0 collectibles AND 0 assets

The banners will be visible underneath every tab by default inside both the: 1) All accounts view 2) Single account view

The banners will become dismissible across all accounts and tabs as soon as the user receives their first asset or collectible into any of their accounts.

If a user dismisses one of the banners, the banner should also be dismissed across all tabs within that account. If the user leaves the Wallet and returns or closes the app and returns, the dismissal should persist.

Dismissing one banner should cause the other banner to expand to fill the remaining horizontal space.

Interactions: Clicking anywhere on the banner should launch the respective flow: 1) Clicking on the Ways to buy crypto banner should launch the Buy flow as shown 2) Clicking on the Receive crypto banner should lanch the Receive dialog as shown

NB these designs explore a number of visual changes to the Wallet UI. Those changes and their associated rationale are described via the yellow notes shown in the flows. It would be great to roll out these visual changes as soon as possible but some additional design work is required to clarify rollout into the rest of the app so they can be ignored for now. I will create another issue once those changes are rolled out in the designs.

can we also replace the desktop wallet icon with the pretty one from mobile? the desktop wallet icon looks more like a program window to me than a wallet
