Bug Report

StatusDateGroupLabel should:

support i18n: https://hackmd.io/@status-desktop/B1eOaf-nd/%2FjNzZnH8ZRiynrrXJ--XpmQ#Date-amp-time e.g. "December, 8" should be "8 декабря" in Russian
show year if it's not the same as current year

NOTE: This should be implemented after merging https://github.com/status-im/StatusQ/pull/752
