User Story

As a developer, I want to see a collectible permissions tab implemented with mocked data so that I know UI implementation works correctly.

Blocked: No designs so far.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] developer can view the permissions of collectible with test data

Notes

This issue doesn't imply a connection to status-go backend, so using mock data is fine
