Wallet Activity: transaction is shown with earlier time #20807

Bug Report

Problem

When sending a transaction from the wallet it's being listed in the Activity tab having a time which is less than the time when it was actually sent. The difference is about 2 or 3 minutes. For example a transaction was sent (Confirm button clicked) at 3:01 PM, in the list it's shown with the time 2:58 PM

Expected behavior

The transaction time is not less than the actual sending time

Actual behavior

The transaction is listed in the Wallet Activity tab with time which is earlier than the actual sent time

Reproduction

  1. Recover an accounts with funds
  2. Navigate to wallet
  3. Send a transaction and remember the device time when confirming it
  4. Check Wallet Activity tab

Wallet activity is under reconstruction, I'd block this issue because of complete re-design of activity tab functiomnality
