Input box does not expand on second line when drafting message #20831

Bug Report

Problem

Input box does not expand on second line when drafting message.

Expected behavior

Input box expands to display the drafted message.

Actual behavior

Input box does not expand and only first line of text is visible.

Reproduction

  1. Draft a new message
  2. Add enough text to force a second line
  3. Observe input box size remains static
