User Story

As a user, I want to use Status in my language of choice, so that I can reduce my mental overhead of translating from English while using the app.

Description

We disabled translations in this PR https://github.com/status-im/status-mobile/pull/16103, but many Status' users are from non-English speaking countries. We want to be more inclusive. A reminder that English reads like gibberish for many users around the world.

Acceptance Criteria

• When the user changes the OS language to a language officially supported by the app, restarting the app should use the respective language. If the language is not supported, we should always fallback to English en.
• Currently, we have lots of translation files in translations/, but we should be strategic at this moment and reduce the number of officially supported languages. Reach out to the Docs and Marketing teams to define which languages we want to support and document this decision somewhere easily accessible. Double-check with Desktop team which languages they support and we should try to be in sync (if possible with our current resources).
• While working on this issue, report any problems you identify with our current approach to internationalize. In particular, how does the app look like in language L and is the app still usable? If not, which usability issues could you identify?

Out of scope

We want to internationalize the app, but the actual quality of the translated text and how they look on the UI is a separate problem which will be solved separately.

@siddarthkay, is the bot always going to make comments such as the one above when issues are opened?

@ilmotta : nope not always, I was testing a newer version of probot with Github Apps. We may see these kind of bot comments here and there but only for 1-2 days.
