Broken (empty) message preview in Activity center if message contains mention + text #21283

Steps:

User A sends message in community channel which contains mentioning @User B + some text
Open Activity center by User B
See how message preview looks like

Actual result: message preview is broken (empty)

Re-checked and can't reproduce it today...Maybe there were some Waku/network issues. I will re-check again later and close it if not reproducible. Removing it from 2.31 milestone.
