Can't load chats for recovered user

Problem

This bug is reproducible from time to time. When creating a user and recovering another one after that, sometimes chats are not loaded

Expected behavior

Chats view is loaded

Actual behavior

Reproduction

1. Create a new user
2. Log out
3. Click Plus button and recover the next user: staff actress trash route grab crime leaf uniform dizzy reform issue keep
4. Click Chats button
