Add a component to access local camera #6596

User Story

As a developer, I want a component giving access to local camera and gallery images. This allows developers to access raw image data.

This will require proper permissions.

What about to components? One for webcam and other to local photos?

@millnitzluan I guess it makes sense to have a separate components for local photos. And maybe a button to navigate to it from the camera component? Both are usually combined.

@jeluard I've never worked with clojure, I'll look into that and maybe I'll apply to work on that.

@jeluard I can't apply for this unless you close ipfs/add on gitcoin (gitcoin permits max 3 works in parallel).
