Add Spanish translation page at /es.html #34

~These translations have some strange characters in them. Not sure where they came from but can we get another copy of them with correct encodings?~

Broken characters have been replaced with correct characters.

Yes @oskarth I've been thinking this exact thing. How does status-react do it? I was thinking of converting all the strings to language specific .json or .lyaml files and dumping them in with i18next or something similar. This also helps formalize and simplify the process for string translation in the future.

Since this is on gh-pages it has to be a client-side solution. My concern is people with Javascript disabled will see a very worthless page.
