Add page for EdCon sign up #51

This is a clone of the home page with a different form specifically to capture signups at EdCon.

I changed the title of the page from Status | The Mobile Ethereum Client to Status | EdCon 2018 so that submission info in HubSpot will be further distinguished from the homepage.
