With link previews in Status now available via whitelist, lets whitelist the top dapps used in Status and encourage their use via more visual previews in chats.
We will work with our influencers and media partners to regularly share links to specific dapps inside of Status - link previews will create a more familiar experience for users.
The following DApps are chose based on their rank in dap.ps, use in dap.ps (based on fathom analytics), use by influencer, and to have an NFT Marketplace, DEX, Defi Lending Protocol, and Game
To whitelist:
SuperRarehttps://superrare.co/ - the goal is to be able to display specific NFT's / pieces of digital art and encourage people to go directly to the listing [age for purchase (something only available via Status). Need to ensure that individual listings are made available for link preview
Uniswaphttps://uniswap.org/ - The link preview for uniswap is quite minimal with a tagline and the logo available. But with uniswap being one of the most used dapps in dap.ps (according to fathom analytics), lets add it. Also, our influencers like to use it as a DEX option in demos
Aavehttps://aave.com/ - Aave has emerged as a partner and another widely used dapp in dap.ps. Also, another defi platform, influencers are using for demos.
