[ ] Communicate that there is no sync of message history for private chats
Dedicated empty state chat when:
device is synced
chat 1:1 or group chat contains no messages

When reading a message on one device, it still appears as unread on the other device. As the message is received on each device independently and a read status is currently not synced

As a user I want to see whether I already viewed a message on device a, so that I don't inaccurately get the impression that I have a new message when opening device b
