Similar to #1 but for 1inch protocol.

The goal of this task it to:

Research 1Inch's swap aggregator protocol
Compile important findings in a notes document for reference (this includes architecture, fee/revenue model, integration with other protocols, price discovery etc)
Present work from 1) and 2) to team
