Updated desktop priorities #358

List of desktop priorities updated to reduce amount of high-priority items.

@oskarth, if you are ok with new list of priorities, I'll update project board and start assigning bounties to less important ones. There are more than 2 high-priority items, because some of them already in progress and partially implemented.
