To me it seems like this scope is a bit out of date. E.g. Desktop is now in scope, and network incentivization seems possibly deprioritized in favor of e.g. https://discuss.status.im/t/application-performance-and-ux/1168/5"With the highest priority of making Status a usable application for consumption."
