Reintroduce Splash Screen or Make Faster Startup time #3

The Splash screen is now gone but the startup time is still considerable, I consistently get white screen for 5-6 seconds on first boot. After that white screen is usually 1-2 sec

seems startup time is now neglible, hopefully we don't need splash screen
