Retro

The good

Leaner v1 scope w/ consensus to launch post holidays
Productive discussions around RFC, lots of suggestions
DmytryN agreed to contribute to one keycard issue (+1)
Performance issue we had for more than a year closed as "fixed" (app freezes when messages received on login)
Doc week proposal
Clarity on issues and priorities (+2)
Some progress around hiring new Clojure people (budget agreed)
Audit items feel well manageable + team making good progress

The bad

Keycard integration now falls under core scope

The ugly

Planning poker has been inconsistent (due to poor structure, organization around it) and estimates are inconsistent/hard to interpret as a result
Dmitry leaving:/ (+1) (I vote no more sudden vacations. Is it a sign?)
