Support workflow cancellation #2

I should make a distinction between cancellation and failure. for a given flow or workflow, they can have the same logic (I will have a different property to define both cancellation and failure) or different logic under the different property.

This issue is for cancellation only.

it is irrelevant for v2. this feature will be implemented by the user.
