Hi Quinn - thanks again so much for your help on this rare disease project! I’m presenting it this weekend in Kansas City.

I’ve slightly revised the opening paragraph. Can I upload the revised index.html straight to the server, or will it break something? Here’s the revised text -

    Twelve different categories of disease are each associated with a
    different chakra, or scale, derived from the

    classical music. The lower four notes (tetrachord) for each chakra

    upper tetrachord represents the four DNA bases (ACTG), which play part
    of the DNA promoter sequence for each disease. The amount of DNA letters
    played depends on the number of genes associated with the disease. This

@staylor7 Yes, but not ideal.

Technically most HTML edits (especially text) should work out of the box. The full method is:

Make whatever edits you want on a branch, e.g, main (and verify they look/function right from the npm run preview)
Build the output using npm run cpanel (this checks the code, builds the site, puts it into a folder dist, and copies it to a zipped file rare-diseases.zip
Upload that ZIP to public_html in your CPanel file explorer to replace the existing one
