Host Toggle

Background

There is no way to become a host if you did not choose to do so when signing up. There should be a way to change an account to a host.

Task

• Add a toggle in settings to change an account from host to non host or vice versa.
• Do host verification if you go from non host to host. Should only be a one time process if a user goes host -> nonhost -> host.
