Deploy and automate staging env #548

Background

Staging environment is no longer deployed (only production is)
Once we deploy backend for staging environment, we can create frontend environment to match
Note: this depends on backend staging environment to be deployed first #208

Task

Create firebase/netlify/other deployment to host staging environment frontend
Automate deploys on push to staging branch with workflow
Connect staging.visitnomad.com subdomain to deployment

Done When

Staging environment deployed at staging.visitnomad.com
