At present we are manually entering the rate for fuel charges, Theft and liability Cover and Cleaning fees each job build. These are generally fixed figures that are the same unless otherwise stated, can we have these sections pre-filled with the ability to alter rather than needing to enter these figures repetitively each time.
Fuel is a base rate of $3.00+ per litre, LLC is a base figure of +10%, cleaning fee is a base rate of $95+ per hour. The on e that changes for a handful of larger clients is the LLC, if they have their own hired in plant insurance, we will not enter in the 10%, it would then be “has hired in plant insurance in place” Perhaps this section could have the ability to enter in with the client’s details or set rates and pre-fill when client is selected?
