Originally posted by **dylanhru** November 11, 2023 Clint LVMD: Machine Risk assessments/ conditional rego: All machines have annual risk assessments produced from Plant Assessor, these are a PDF file, we are not needing SOH to create these as there are a lot of legalities around these forms, but would like the ability to save the risk assessment and rego in each machines profile in SOH, so when a customer requires a copy of the risk assessment, rego paper and service history we can easily send these forms from the machine that has been assigned to the job. At present we save these files in our server on our computer system and generally attach these to an email from there and send, this can get confusing as it is easy for one to send a risk assessment from the incorrect excavator as we have multiple machines of the same model and size, each with its own LVMD asset number though.

Afternoon Dylan,

With reference to email of requests for SOH features,

Login details our Plant Assessor account:

Username: (work email) clint@lvmdhire.com.au

Password: Kobelco001!

This will allow you to login and view the structure of how this app manages us to complete pre-hire and post hire machine assessments, we use this from a tablet as it allows us to select “take photo” when conducting the report, it then saves and files on the report.
