Create a way to add items to a playlist. #20

This is going to rock! Currently it kind of sucks in Plex, because you have to find the item, and then right click to it add to it a playlist

We could have it so that you select a playlist, and then have a 'quick add' button which allows you to search for a track to add.

We should also have a 'Add to Playlist' option in the track context menu.

There is currently a context menu on list items to 'Add to Playlist...' and also 'Remove from Playlist'.

I still want to build a quick add option - as well as a way to drag/drop playlist items to sort them.
