Reduce number of calls to openexchangerates.org #10

We currently average around ~50 calls a day, if we cache the response for a little bit longer we should be able to do exactly 24 calls a day, well under the 1000/month limit.

I think this has been fixed, will check back in a few days and see what the daily average is.

Yep, we are averaging around 25 calls a day now.
