Sync order status

We need to regularly sync the status of the open orders with the exchange:

• Orders can be closed (either by user or be completed)
• Orders can be partially filled

This is important, we can't support multiple DCA orders on a single exchange until we have this running.

I've added an action to sync open orders. We need to do this on a regular basis though.
