Issue with overlapping orders on Dasset #24

I think I have fixed this now -- going to leave it for 24 hours and see how we do.

Still get the occasional double up -- need to investigate why. Could be related to the order being partially filled? I dunno...

I haven't noticed this in a while... Going to try running multiple DCA orders on Dasset and see if I can reproduce the error.

We are also now logging API request/responses to the DB, so maybe that will help debug this issue. I wonder if the automatic retry in ky is messing things up here...

Dasset is just a very unreliable exchange.
