Support multiple currencies #28

Currently the project only supports NZD, but it would be good to support any currency. This will help with adding support for Independent Reserve -- which does support NZD, but charges $15 for each deposit under $5000, where as deposits in AUD are free and the fx fee from Wise is quite low.
