Breaking: Move data files into data folder

Since the app and navigation structure of the rqzh app is relying on this specific folder structure (due to dependency of TEI-Publisher lib files), I have re-ordered the data into the expected folder.

This change is dependent on rqzh@1.1.13 and can only be testet with this version.

It should not be necessary to have a data subfolder.

This PR has become obsolete, because the path to the data collection has been updated in RQZH app with https://gitlab.existsolutions.com/rqzh/rqzh2/commit/27d27255018a71353084fbcc91ddd8f9b7e12f0d.
