Account Needs Additional Fields #18

Accounting would like the following 2 fields to be added to the Admin:

  1. Sales Mgr Approval: Allowing Dan to enter his Name and the Date.
  2. Notes and Special Instructions: So things can be communicated, and they need to be included when printed as well.

Added
