Issues Saving Records #5

More issues Saving Records have Arisen. I was getting the String to Date error again.

Turns out I already solved it with updateRecordFromId but just hadn't applied it anywhere else, which is why the saves for objects were working. Now I have applied the changes to insertRecord for both ApexDataInterface and AdminChecklist_Controller
