‘method = "am.GL"’ assumes the accelerated mean model with ‘Z = 1’ and requires independent censoring. See the reference Ghosh and Lin (2003).

But Ghosh and Lin (2003) in Biometrics is about dependent censoring.

Their paper allows dependence through covariates.
