possible typo in vignette #7

Hi Steven,

I was looking at one of the package vignettes introducing CSM: https://github.com/stc04003/reReg/blob/84687f9379ffafb5567e4e4a4dcda4bd28c06485/vignettes/reReg-plots.Rmd#L192 It should probably be

\hat \mu_n(t) = \int_0^tY_\cdot^{-1}(t)dN_\cdot(t),

where 

dN_\cdot(t) = \sum_{i=1}^n dN_i(t)
