1. Do you have segments turned on/off?
2. How many sources do you have for the file in question?
3. How many transfers do you have?
4. Just open directory in Explorer?

4) Yes, but this is only if the file is a videofile so windows tries to make
thumbnail, this however works for other p2p programs such as DC++ and uTorrent
(checked with same file in same dir)

It is not happening in DC++ because of ".dctemp" extension for all files still
beeing
downloaded i guess. (It is not treated as a movie in Windows)
Is changing file extension (for files beeing downloaded) a solution for you?

No then it would still be a problem if for instance you would want to look at an
incomplete file. DC++ locks the files or something, because you can still open
them
while there's being downloaded to the file. Extension wouldn't change that.

As i never got any input for a possible fix i made i will now remove this issue.
(Useless to have issues hanging that can never be fixed)
