StCR Not Displaying on Blog Posts #575

Hello,

I'm rebuilding a website for a non-profit organization, MySahana.org and it seems they use StCR for their comments. The comment box isn't showing up on the blog posts. I've watched a couple of tutorial videos and I can't figure out how to get this to work.

Website Theme: WP Astra Pro Page Builder: Beaver Builder

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Same here for https://blabfitness.com/

I also see that per the of install, it says: "Customize the Permalink value under Settings > Subscribe to Comments > Management Page > Management URL"

Settings > "Subscribe to Comments" doesn't exist in my case....it's missing.

Website Theme: Ultimate Member Page Builder: Elementor

-Thanks

@hijessbrown

StCR is not used for comments functionality, it just adds email subscription functionality to the existing WordPress comments functionality.

Just to make sure it's not some conflict caused by StCR, disable the StCR plugin and check if comment form shows up.

If the comment form does not show at all then check if comments are enabled for posts, if they are then check if the single post template is built with Beaver Builder, if it is then you might need to add comment functionality with the Beaver Builder plugin.

@vitaminn

I'm not sure it's the same issue, for @hijessbrown the comment form isn't showing up at all. Since it's a different issue can you please submit a new ticket for it, handling 2 different issues in the same ticket will get a bit tricky and messy.

I think you're right @BobaWebDev ... sorry for the confusion. I mis-read the original thread.

@vitaminn

No worries, just create a separate ticket and we'll look into the issue.
