Critical error when using manage subscription link. #725

I'm getting a critical error when anyone tries to manage their subscription.

Comment notifications arriving okay though. See image for broken site.

Can you create a support ticket via the contact form from our site: https://subscribe-reloaded.com/contact/ with all the details on the issue? Also, please provide the error_log generated if any in that support ticket as well.
