Bug Report: Subscription Management pages not loading correctly

I received several user support requests in the past couple of days letting me know that they cannot manage their subscriptions anymore.

The page displays: You have requested to manage your subscriptions to the articles on gHacks Technology News. Follow this link to access your personal page:

But there are not any listed on the page and there is no link either that one could follow.

I tried this for myself, added a new test account and I'm getting management options, e.g.

I'm at a loss here as to what is going on. Can you please assist?

@augustasas The [manager_link] was remove due to security reasons, this cause that some people can manage the subscription from others.

I tried to subscribe without commenting and the email was not sent, did you you any plugin to manage the emails?

I am not using another plugin to manage email subscriptions. I think you did not receive confirmation email, because I have "Enable double check" option set to NO.

But I am not talking about such subscriptions. I am having problem that your plugin generates a wrong Unsubscribe link for already existing subscribers.

Recently I have changed the web-hosting company, so I noticed that whenever there is a new comments - all previously subscribed emails - the unsubscribe Link is incorrect, namely the Unique Key validation is FALSE. And the emails which were subscribed AFTER web-host migration - they get corectly working "unsubscribe link".

Could you give me an explanation, how I could re-generate the unique Ids for older emails? I assume the problem is with "subscriber_unique_id" column in the database?
