timer runs slowly when phone is idle #154

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn timer on and set count down
2. Click phns pwr button to go to idle mode
3. Bring phm out of idle and check timer
4. Timer will record less time has passed then in reality

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please include the following info:
Phone model LG optimis 
Android Version 2.3.3
ROM?

If possible, provide a logcat of the issue:
If you get a Force Close do an: adb logcat

Please provide any additional information below.
