What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set timer when ringtone is off

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. It should ring or vibrate at least or give an error message that it wouldnt 
ring in silentmode

Please include the following info:
Phone model? Milestone
Androidversion? 2.1 
ROM? O2 de

If possible, provide a logcat of the issue:
If you get a Force Close do an: adb logcat

Please provide any additional information below.
