Feature request: flip display #90

I've been using my volume up key to move forward and my trackball button to 
fire. Doing so on the Incredible is awkward because I have to hold the forward 
button with my thumb. However, if the display was flipped to a left handed 
orientation you could press the volume buttons with your right index finger and 
free up your thumb to use on the touch screen. That would make playing so much 
more fun :)
