[BUG] Cron job is not working #1

The cron job are not working, investigations revealed that the /etc/cron.d/sats.cron file can't have a extension and must be set to minute 01.

In addition to that fix we disabled the automatic removal for the data in /var/www/html, as the author (me) "accidentally" wiped the data from about 1 month of testing with that trick make remove
